# My risk rules (print me, tape it to the monitor)

| Rule | My number |
|---|---|
| Account size | $ |
| Risk per trade | ___% (= $ ) |
| Daily loss limit | ___% (= $ ) |
| Weekly loss limit | ___% (= $ ) |
| Max open positions | |
| Losing-streak stop | ___ trades in a row |
| Max position size | ___% of account |

## The three that actually save you
1. **One risk unit per trade.** Never "just this once" bigger.
2. **Daily limit is a hard stop.** When it is hit, the day is over — close the platform.
3. **Losing streak = circuit breaker.** After ___ losers in a row, stop and review; do not "trade it back".

## After a limit is hit
- Log the trades, write one line about what changed in your execution.
- No new positions until the next session.
- Size down 50% on the first trade of the next session.
